Enable/disable profiles

Store admins can easily manage when to activate or pause export profiles, giving them full control over the timing of exports. This ensures that exports are run according to the operational schedule and reduces unnecessary export tasks to fit within the store’s workflow.

Eliminate duplicate exports

This feature ensures that already-exported orders are skipped, preventing duplication and reducing manual work. By filtering out previously processed records, store admins can avoid errors and maintain data integrity.

Export limit

Set a limit for the number of records exported in each file to optimize performance. If the limit is not specified, the system will automatically export a maximum of 1,000 orders per file. By doing this, stores can manage large data exports and ensure the system doesn’t get overwhelmed with too much data at once.

Private download URL

After an export is saved, the system generates a private download URL with a secure key. Only users with this secret key can download the exported file, ensuring sensitive data is protected. This adds an extra layer of security and privacy when sharing export files.

Log cleaning

The system automatically purges old export logs after a set number of days, keeping the environment organized. Admins can configure the cleanup frequency to suit their data retention needs.

Add timestamp to file name

Admins can choose to add a timestamp to the exported file names, which helps in identifying and organizing exports. This feature automatically updates the filename to reflect the date and time, making it easier to manage multiple exports. It provides a quick way to differentiate between different versions of the same export.
For example: File Name is OrderExport will become OrderExport_20251020_132054.xml when you download.

We use this extension to export orders so we can feed the data directly to our Label printer. We use custom attributes such as location and other product-related attributes we would like to be exported. After sales support made this within couple hours so it was extremely fast considering it was customization. We had a couple other requests that were done in no time and work like a dream. Considering that you can choose the status of exported orders and variables that go with templates that extension is a must-have. You can choose to export "processing" orders and change their status to "some custom" and you don't have to worry about exporting same orders twice. With a variety of supported formats, it quickly became a helpful and powerful tool. You can export what you want how you want so making reports or statistics it's easy.
